Project Handover-GOLDEN GATE
Credence Housing Limited handed over an aristocratically designed project to the holders on 4th November, 2021 before six months of the deadline. This project is located at Lake Circus Road, Kalabagan area. (Location: Plot-98/F, Lake Circus Road, Kalabagan, Dhaka). It is a nine storied (G+8) building in 4.242 Katha with Single unit based apartments organism. Different regular avantages, eligibility & convenience from every aspects are assembled with these apartments to make this home a place that everyone dreams of. During the handover ceremony the landowners and other clients with their family members were present. The employees of Credence and the Managing Director was also present in this program. Informing about the facilities that the clients will get, our Director (Construction) gave his speech. The owners expressed their feeling of joy by getting their expected residence before deadline. At the end, the Managing Director of Credence, Mr. Zillul Karim enriched the function by giving his valuable speech regarding the handover program and also about the future plans and proceedings of after sales services.
