Project Handover-RUBANA
This project was handed over on 8th June, 2022. Location: Plot 6/7, Block-A, Lalmatia, Dhaka. It's a nine storied (G+8) building at Lalmatia area with double unit of apartments. Combining taste, comfort and practicality with an apartment in every way makes it a place everyone dreams of. Rubana is one of the exclusive projects of Credence which aims to build an architecture of style, comfort and bliss for those who desire a classy living. With Shangsad Bhaban lying in close proximity to it, Rubana enters into the stardom of living apartments. During the Handover ceremony, all customers and their families attended to enjoy the ceremony. Credence staff and Managing Director also participated in this program. A cultural & information sharing event was also arranged to inform customers about the facilities they receive from Credence. Owners had expressed their desire to acquire the expected place of residence before the deadline. The Managing Director of Credence, Mr. Zillul Karim also shared his valuable speech in this function that enriched the function to the desired level.
